Addicted To Drinking Alcohol Is Very Dangerous.

 Alcohol is addictive.

Alcohol addiction is one of the most well-understood and  dangerous risks of drinking. A propensity for addiction can run in families, but can affect anyone who drinks in excess. None of the health benefits of alcohol can negate the destruction caused by addiction, and anyone who drinks should be careful to avoid this terrible condition.

How Alcohol Affects the Body.

Even a small amount of alcohol has an effect on your body. When you drink, alcohol is absorbed into your bloodstream and distributed throughout your body. A tiny amount of alcohol exits your body in your urine and your breath.

You absorb alcohol more slowly if you eat, especially if the food is high in fat. However, if you drink more than your body can process, you’ll get drunk. How quickly alcohol is metabolized depends on your size and gender, among other things.

Alcohol consumption causes physical and emotional changes that can do great harm to your body. The long-term effects of alcohol abuse are many, putting your health in serious jeopardy and endangering your life.

Alcohol damages the liver.

Alcohol metabolism occurs in the liver and can cause severe damage when consumed in large quantities. Liver damage can usually be reversed if alcohol consumption stops.

Alcohol is associated with breast cancer.

Drinking is weakly associated with an increased risk of breast cancer. This is likely because alcohol increases aromatic activity in the human body, which increases oestrogen production.

Oestrogen imbalance is a known cause of breast cancer. However, the association between drinking and breast cancer is negated by sufficient folate intakeFolate or folic acidis a B vitamin found in leafy green vegetables, fruits and legumes (and fortified foods). In other words, a healthy diet protects against alcohol induced breast cancer risk.

Alcohol protects against mortality from heart disease.

Drinking alcohol reduces your risk of dying from a heart attack by preventing blood clotting. This effect is not limited to red wine, all spirits elicit substantial protection. The association appears to be dose-dependent, meaning that the more you drink the more protection you get. HOWEVER, you start raising your risk for the above mentioned problems with every additional drink per day. For men the ideal dosage is 2 drinks per day, for women it is 1 drink per day.

Alcohol raises good HDL cholesterol.

Moderate drinking also reduces your risk of getting heart disease in the first place by raising beneficial HDL cholesterol without raising LDL cholesterol. Low HDL is a serious problem in America, and alcohol could be a significant benefit for some people. Here are other ways to raise your HDL cholesterol.

Red wine may slow aging.

Aging research has been revolutionized by the discovery of a compound in red wine called resveratrol. Resveratrol has been shown to slow aging substantially in several model organisms. Though the effect in humans is still unknown, red wine is associated with many benefits that seem to go above and beyond the benefits of alcohol in general.

Red wine may protect against Alzheimer’s disease.

Several studies have shown that red wine is associated with a decreased risk for Alzheimer’s Dementia, a devastating neurodegenerative disease that affects 1 in 4 people over the age of 90. The mechanism of action is unclear, but the benefits may be linked to the effect of red wine on fatty acids in the blood (raising the good stuff), or by slowing the aging process itself.

Alcohol causes accidents and behavioral problems.

Even relatively safe levels of drinking can be deadly when combined with poor decision making. If you do choose to drink alcohol, always be sure that you’re in a safe environment and can get help if you need it. Being safe sometimes, or even usually, is simply not good enough.
There are plenty of good reasons to avoid alcohol if you choose, and many of the benefits can be garnered by simply increasing the amount or intensity of your daily physical activity.
However, the evidence is pretty clear that moderate alcohol consumption (1-2 drinks per day) can improve health and may be an important component of a healthy lifestyle. This is even true for those who pick up the habit later in life.
And last but certainly not least, some of the best times of my life have been over a drink with friends. And I guarantee you most of us aren’t thinking about our heart health while enjoying a great bottle of wine. As long as you consider safety first, never forget that smiling is one of the healthiest things you will ever do.

Cigarette Smoking Is Injurious to Health. How & Why....????

In Our Daily Life Cigarette smoking is a fashion Nowadays without Knowing the effect of that. People continue to smoke in spite of the statutory warning of its dangerous effects.

It is for all these fatal results that in many countries, nowadays it is compulsory for the cigarette manufacturing companies to print a warning on every packet that ‘Smoking is dangerous for health’ or “Smoking is injurious to health”, etc.

A lot of components is present in the cigarette that leads a lot of harmful effect in human life.

THE COMPONENTS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE

Nicotine, Tars, Ammonia, Formaldehyde, Acetone, Arsenic, Cadmium, Methanol, Benzene, Glycol, Carbon monoxide( The leading cause of death by asphyxiation), Isoprene, Toluene,  Hydrogen Sulphide, Polonium, Nickel, Acetaldehyde, Phenol,  etc........

The complete list will include more than 4000 chemicals! While some of these chemicals are very “esoteric” and complex, all of us have seen a few in our daily life.

A lot of harmful effects come from the smoking cigarette as I have described below.

There is not a single part of the body that goes Scot – free from the effects of cigarette smoke.

The list will include:

  • High Blood Pressure
  • Heart Disease
  • Pulmonary Disease
  • Vascular Diseases
  • Stroke
  • Impotence
  • Respiratory Infections
  • Ulcers
  • Cancer
  • Skin wrinkling

It Leads to Cancer :

We are listening about of cigarette smoking is leading lung cancer, but that is not right 100%. Cigarette smoking leads a lot of cancer like nose, mouth, kidneys, bladder, pancreas, cervix, bone marrow & blood also.

Leads to formation of wrinkles and premature aging:

We try a number of ways to fight the signs of aging, right from creams to diets to even surgical treatments, but did you know that if you quit smoking you can actually cut down the appearance of fine lines and other signs of aging by half? Yes, smoking leads to the appearance of fine lines(especially around the eyes and lips), age spots, puffy eyes, dull, dry and lifeless skin.

How it happens is that the chemicals present in cigarettes cause the fine capillaries under your skin to contract and constricts the blood flow to your skin. This lack of blood and fresh oxygen causes your skin to look dull and lifeless. So much so that the habit leads to permanent damage to connective fibers like elastin and collagen – leading to the formation of permanent lines and wrinkles.

Smoking cause Weakens your heart, putting you twice at risk of suffering from a heart attack and stroke:

According to the CDC (Centre for Disease Control), a smoker is two to four times likelier to suffer from coronary artery disease and stroke than a non-smoker. Moreover, people who smoke have a 25 times greater risk of suffering from lung cancer. Here’s how; the chemicals present in cigarette smoke affects the entire composition of your blood; making it thicker and more prone to formation of blood clots. Apart from that it also causes the constriction of your blood vessels, increases your blood pressure (since it makes your heart beat faster), and leads to the formation of plaque – increasing your chances of suffering from cardiovascular and heart disease. Find out more about

Decrease the stamina & capacity of Lungs:

Cigarettes have a large number of chemicals which leave a considerable amount of residue in your lungs, airways and your entire body in general. All this residue ends up clogging your lungs leading to breathing problems and lowered lung function.

This lack of fresh oxygen and blood to various parts of your body causes fatigue and breathlessness. Research has shown that smoking can lead to COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), emphysema, chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, lung infections, asthma and increases one’s risk of suffering from TB.

It also leads to  brittle your bones:

This loss in bone density leads to early onset of osteoporosis (especially in women since smoking affects the amount of estrogen produced), joint pain and even loss of teeth due to excessive loss of bone density in the jaws.

Stains your teeth:

Cigarettes contain tar, a chemical that coats your teeth lending them a yellowish tinge.   This tar is difficult to clean with brushing and usually forms permanent stains on a smoker’s teeth. Apart from that the habit also kills the good bacteria in your mouth, increases the amount of saliva secreted and causes a higher amount of tartar formation on your teeth.

Causes bad breath:

This not only relates to the commonly known ‘smoker’s breath’, but in some cases may lead to severe and persistent bad breath.  Apart from killing off the good bacteria in your mouth, smoking is also known to cause problems with digestion, throat infections and build up of chemicals within the oral cavity (an unhealthy throat and stomach are one of the key reasons for bad breath, apart from poor oral hygiene).

Not only does smoking cause conditions like oral thrush but also leads to a condition called ‘smoker’s palate’  (where the roof of the mouth is covered with cigarette residue, leading to the formation of small red spots on the palate) which is one of the main reasons for bad breath.

Lead to reduce sperm quality:

Cigarette smoking may also lead to lose the sperm quality & decrease the thickness of sperm. so that possibility of a baby is decreased & You will face a lot of a baby.

Lead to decrease Immunity system weak:

Cigarette smoking also leads to decrease the strength of your immunity system, so that you may fall a lot of time ill with low infection also.

Cigarette Smoking Is Injurious to Health, How???

Smoke is inhaled through the mouth, and goes into the lungs, where nicotine is absorbed by the blood and reaches the brain in 7 seconds approx! Yes, just 7 seconds. And no, nicotine is not the only evil involved as you shall note below.

Cigarettes are not the only source of nicotine, there are other household sources - they are only the most potent sources; the other sources are not harmful. And an even further no, I shall not delve more into the other sources as they are a subject unto themselves! The difference is in the method of intake: the cigarette sources bypass all functions and directly reach the bloodstream.

In the brain, nicotine increases the levels of Dopamine, a chemical that attaches to receptors on neurons in the brain when they “fire” {medicos to ignore this gross simplification}: just like cocaine. Yes, cocaine.

The only difference is that cocaine replaces the dopamine in the brain – which nicotine does not do. And THAT is the reason why smoking causes better concentration, a feeling of pleasure and contentment. {In cocaine addiction, this is at a higher level, a stage akin to euphoria}.

The similarity of the impact of nicotine and cocaine is a subject of research, and there exists a good deal of information in relation to this.

So If you are a smoker then be careful about the effect of smoking & Please quit smoking as soon as possible if you love to your health & your family.

The shape of water bottle will always depend on what you are using on it.water bottle should be compact & comfortable in our hand. If you want to take more water then shape will increase but if you want to keep in your beg then that should be slim & easy to keep in beg.

If you are choose that why you are need bottle & identified the purpose then take right size or capacity. Capacity Can be measured in liters .Most of the expert suggest that men should drink 3L
( Apporx. )  &  women should 2.2L ( Apporx. )  of water every day. During any  physical activity such as running, as a rule of thumb, you should drink about 100 ml in every 20 minutes. This data will help to choose right size of water.

Select a right material for water bottle.

Always choose a right material of water bottle is very important then other factor like shape, size.

They are extremely durable, they don’t shrink under heat, like the PET bottles, and maintain their own shape. Polycarbonate bottles have been proven to leach BPA into drinking water, which is extremely dangerous for our health, so make sure you stay away of them.

Disadvantage.

  • This plastic bottle is bad for our environment.
  • It contain a lot of chemical such as Bisphenol A is very dangerous  that will also harmful for our health.

Aluminium Water Bottle.

Aluminum is a solid choice for a water bottle. They are durable, lightweight and safe, . They have become trendy because they do not leach and are difficult to crack or break, which makes it even more popular.

Disadvantage.

It is more expensive option.

Glass Water Bottle.

Glass water bottles are certainly safer than aluminum and plastic bottles, but their main downside is their heaviness and fragility. It is true that they are easy to clean and do not leach chemicals, but because of their heaviness and fragility they are not recommended to use outside your home.  Glass is a non reactive material so that it is safe from chemical harmful. In Glass there is no lined with potentially harmful solvent like Bisphenol A. Glass is easy to clean with a bottle brush .

  • Glass is more expensive than plastic bottle.
  • Glass is also heavy material as compare to other.

Stainless steel Water Bottle.

Stainless steel is the best choice for drinking water bottle. i will recommend to use this. . Stainless Steel very tough & durable. It is non reactive & food grade material & there is no lined with sealants, that is another bonus. In this bottle water stay cool for long time.

Kidneys remove waste from our bodies that help to control our blood pressure, and balance fluids, so they are crucial to keeping our systems running smoothly.
Urinary stones are painful clumps of mineral crystal that form in the urinary system.

There is limited evidence that water intake can help prevent recurrence in people who have previously gotten kidney stones.
Higher fluid intake increases the volume of urine passing through the kidneys, which dilutes the concentration of minerals, so they are less likely to crystallize and form clumps.

Water may also help prevent the initial formation of stones, but studies are required to confirm this.

Improve Our Immune system:

Drinking plenty of water helps fight against the flu and other ailments like kidney stones. Water, along with lemon or lemon juice is often used to overcome respiratory diseases, intestinal problems, rheumatism and arthritis.
