For  healthy life water is most important in life. In our body water contain (approx.) 70% .  For have a good day even you are resting at home or you are working hard a outside drinking sufficient water is most important. If you feeling headache then it may be insufficient of water that bothering you & block you for proceeding in your life.





Usually people would op an aspirin or another type of pain reliever, as the pain is really irritating. Or you would go to sleep earlier, hoping the torture will end when you fall asleep. Most of the time you don’t know why. Stress? Migraine? Yes these are possible. But we’re seldom told that it can be caused by inadequate water intake. And this happens to be one of the most common causes!


How inadequate water intake causes headache?


Your brain is surrounded by a protective layer of water, which encompasses the entirety of your brain. Low or complete lack of water intake causes this layer to evaporate. This depletion can cause your brain to push against your skull, leading to painful headaches.

What to Maintain Your water Level.


In order to maintain a healthy layer of water around your brain, increase your daily intake of H2O and monitor your results. Below are two easy ways.

1. Eat More Fruits and Vegetables & juice. 



Keep a piece of fruit in your desk or on your work area for a quick afternoon snack. Take one glass of juice at morning is best way to improve water level through juice. The water inside vegetables and fruits is a sure fire way to ensure you are drinking extra water throughout the day, regardless of your schedule.

2. Follow  Rule of drinking water.






Before half an hour of meal, drink  a glass of water. While you are eating your meal, take another glass of water and as you finish your meal, drink another glass of water. Following this rule for at least two meal times will not only up your water intake, but it will likely cause you to eat less, as water is filling for your system and will help prevent you from overeating. 

Next time when headache hits you again, first of all just try to drink a cup of water to see if you’ll have instant relief. You’ll find that headache is actually a nightmare that can be avoided easily.
